Lovecraft - Gnoph-Keh

As you can see this one has clearly some similarities with Byakhee. Earth has on hexapodal mammals and I figured out, as it was, according to Cthulhu Mythos colonised by alien races numerous times there could be species that originate from different planets too. And so I linked this one to my Byakhee design that I am sure you are familiar with. In this case it would achieve shape similar (supreficially!) to mammals, it's antenae loosing joints and becoming horn like structures, it's wings turning into claw-arms  and even something like mammalian fur evolving due to cold climate.

I know that many of you, my watchers are fond of speculative evolution; So here is a quest for anyone who bothers taking it. Look at my byakhee design img10.deviantart.net/df00/i/20…  and this and figure out how it's common ancerstor could have looked; Or how it's evolution went. If anyone is up to try this please let me know.
