A monstrous, corpse feeding Djinn or similar entity from Cthulhu Mythos. I gave it more formed hooves than ever before going with the mythical depictions.

I once dreamed of a very similar creature (though the face was more ape-like). I was walking through a small group of trees into an open field of grass. When I reached the field, the bastard had its back turned on me, but he turned around and stared directly at my eyes. His eyes were red and without pupils and his mouth was something like Baraka's. He then began to chase me, but for a reason I was frozen and unable to run. I then woke up.
