Cthulhu Mythos - King in Yellow

Description

UPDATE: Due to heavy reworking, I am completely reuploading this one.

Mysterious veiled entity that is mentioned in Chambers'  story collection of the same title. It never appears directly in the stories, rather being only briefely alluded. What do we know of it?
It wears tattered robe, Yellow in colour.
It's face seems more like a mask. (and it's probably not very pleasant.)
It's associated with Necromancy (thus I made it face a bit corpse like)
It's associated with symbol known as Yellow Sign and ancient city of Carcosa.
It causes madness of those who read  play entitled "King in Yellow"

Other than that I gave it tentacled hands and distorted proportions, to indicate it is no human being but rather something in kind of Outer God
I also gave it a crown. (cause he's a king.   and  it's good to be the king.  www.youtube.com/watch?v=StJS51… )

Plase note that my interpretation of Cthulhu Mythos only takes into account Lovecraft and his predcessors, perhaps with small exceptions in case of something post-lovecraftian is particularly interesting to me. I generally negate all post-lovecraftian mythos in my work. they have lost it's original proper spirit. Therefore don't expect any Hastur here.

Camilla: You, sir, should unmask.
Stranger: Indeed?
Cassilda: Indeed, it's time. We have all laid aside disguise but you.
Stranger: I wear no mask.
Camilla: (Terrified, aside to Cassilda.) No mask? No mask!

So here’s something interesting I found

“... after stumbling queerly upon the hellish and forbidden book of horrors the two learn, among other hideous things which no sane mortal should know, that this talisman is indeed the nameless Yellow Sign handed down from the accursed cult of Hastur—from primordial Carcosa, whereof the volume treats...” Lovecraft, Supernatural Horror in Literature

Idunno to what Hastur actually refers here, but it honestly makes me think that it’s probably another deity or something similar.
