I decided to go for moe serpentine shape than somewhat whale-like I usually see. Head has been isnpired by wonderful works of mr Zbigniew Bielak
The wings might seem disproportinally small although the creature, being a demon, wouldn't have any problems with breaking laws of physics (and any other laws it sees to be honest)

I really like your drawing style, the lines are so bold and heavy! This is a very unique take on Leviathan. Love that split tongue, the horns and the hooks on the wings. Looks pretty dangerous too.
